  I came here with a big group (party of 20). Service was very slow with the server and the kitchen (we came in at 2 pm, so we missed the lunch rush hour and it wasn't even busy in there). The dishes came out REAL late for 2 different people in our party. Wrong size order for another person. Food was okay. Nothing to really rave about. My sister and I both ordered padthai, she had the skinny noodles and I had the big noodles. How is it that both our dishes tasted different?? My padthai dish tasted better than hers. My boyfriend ordered Shrimp fried rice. He said the shrimp tasted like it was frozen shrimp. He didn't finish his plate, which shows that he did not like the food.
  
  Suggestions for improvement: As a former server, there shouldn't be only 1 server to attend to a large party. Add at least 2-3 servers for larger parties. Also, our server was very timid and seemed untrained. Probably should train your staff on providing exceptional customer service. The kitchen should coordinate on food delivery. It was awkward that half the table had food, while the other half was still waiting. And then 2 of our friends didn't get their food til we were almost done eating. If there was a screw up, the server should have communicated that.

  They have great Pho! The service us always fast and friendly. They are generous with their portions too. I never leave without getting some bubble tea or tri-color for dessert.

  I guess I wont be going here anymore. Customer service is horrible. They disappear for awhile and only come back to bring your food. They brought my food, M5 combo. And the chicken wing was not fully cooked. I had to look for my waiter, told him that it wasn't fully cook and all he said was I'm sorry. Like really. What happened to cooking new ones or I'll give you a discount on your order. NOPE, none of that. So I had to go to the cashier, show them the uncooked wings and told them I should get a discount. Didn't even get an apology from the cashier either. Don't even step foot in this restaurant.

  I haven't gone to this place for a while and decided to dropped by with the family for some pho. They did some renovations and placed in more tables. This made the area look more open.
  
  As usual they have a cart by the bathrooms, stocked with to go containers for customers who would like to pack their leftovers.
  
  I ordered the pho special with the extra large size. Sometimes, pho at this place is a hit and miss. Today, it tasted good. They already have crushed peanuts on the table and the hot chili oil. The broth tasted fine.

  Please please please stay away from this places!!! It's not worth your money or your time!! The first time I went there was a year ago they served me cold broth with my pho. I went back today because some of my family members had wanted to go there. Giving this restaurant a second chance I went back and got nothing back but disappointment. The duck I had was so dry it took for ever to chew. The chow mein I ordered tasted nothing but soy sauce. Don't waste your time, money, or calories.
